Thanks to the fabulous work of Heena and Niya at Tiffin Tales, the entire city is banding together to bake and raise funds for Japan in the aftermath of the terrible tsunami.
I'll be participating on April 10 by baking up a storm of mini fennel-olive oil bread loaves to sell. You can participate too - even if it's by buying some of the delicious products that will be available for sale at five locations across the city.
